Recipe: Orange Creamsicle Cake

You can also make this cake with regular (non-sugar-free) ingredients as well.

Ingredients

1 box sugar-free cake mix
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups diet orange soda
1 box sugar-free orange jello gelatin powder
1 cup hot water
Light whipped topping

Instructions

Combine dry cake mix with eggs and diet soda. 

Pour batter into a prepared 9x9 pan.  Bake in 325F oven, according to the directions on the package.

When cake is done, combine 1 cup of hot water with the gelatin powder. Pour oven top of the cake (I poke holes in the cake to allow it to seep into the cake). 

Refrigerate until completely cooled. Serve with whipped topping. 

Delicious.
