Recipe: No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
1 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 cups old fashioned oats
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Prepare a 9x13 pan by lining it with foil. This will make removing the bars easier once they set.
Combine the peanut butter, honey and coconut oil in a saucepan. Heat until the ingredients are melted and well combined. You must use the coconut oil in order for the bars to set as it will re-solidify.
Add in the chocolate chips and stir until they have melted and combined with the peanut butter mixture. I left my burner on low for this.
Remove from heat. Add in oats. Stir to completely combine everything. Pour into the prepared pan and allow to set in the fridge.
After an hour or so I used a knife scored the bars into the size I wanted them to be and returned them to the fridge to set completely.
Store uneaten bars in the fridge.
