Recipe: Mandarin Orange Cake
2 (11 oz) cans Mandarin oranges, not drained
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Beat eggs, and add in the oranges.
Add flour, sugar, baking soda and salt and beat for 4 minutes with electric mixer.
Heat oven to 350F.
Pour the batter into a prepared 9x13 pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Serve topped with whipped cream.
