Recipe: Mama's Chicken Salad
Ingredients
2-3 cups chicken, chopped 2 tsbp roasted sunflower seeds ½ cup chopped celery ½ cup chopped grapes ¼ cup dried cranberries ½ cup mayo 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp sugar Combine mayo, apple cider vinegar and sugar in a small bowl. Combine the remining ingredients in a medium sized bowl and toss until well incorporated. Add the dressing to the chicken mixture and toss until everything is coated. Store covered in an air tight container. |
