Recipe: Crockpot Steak Fajitas
1 16-20 oz jar salsa -- your choice as to the heat -- mild, medium or hot
2 lbs round steak, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced thin
2 sweet peppers, sliced thin
2 tbsp fajita seasoning (commercial or use the recipe below)
Pour the salsa on the bottom of the crockpot.
Add the sliced beef, onion and peppers on top of the salsa. Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over top of everything and stir to combine.
Cook, covered, for 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
Serve with warmed tortillas and toppings of your choice.
