Recipe: Coca- Cola Chicken
(This is a crock-pot dish - I got this recipe from my Sister and I don't remember where she got it.Picture to come soon)
1 whole chicken, not frozen
1 lemon, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 small bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
1 can Cocoa-cola
Put the chicken in the crock-pot.
Layer the lemon slices over top, followed by the onion slices. Pour the bottle of BBQ sauce over top of all that, followed by the can of coca-cola.
Turn the crock-pot onto low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
(You could probably use chicken breasts, or cut up chicken pieces instead of a whole chicken.)
