Recipe: Classic Macaroni Salad
Summer wouldn't be Summer without this salad.
Ingredients 2 cups dry elbow macaroni 1/3 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1 tbsp parsley 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp green relish 3/4 tsp dry mustard 1 1/2 tsp sugar 1 1/2 tbsp cider vinegar 3 tbsp sour cream 1/2 tsp salt pepper to taste Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving. Store remainders in the fridge. |
