Recipe:  Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce

This is a favorite BBQ Sauce recipe of mine  for chicken or pork

Ingredients:

3/4 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
1 tbsp ketchup
pinch of celery salt

Combine all ingredients. Store unused portions in the refrigerator.
