Holiday Recipes - Maple Glazed Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients
3 cups brussel sprouts 3 tbsp light oil salt -------------------- 3 cups cubed butternut squash 2 tbsp oil 3 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 tsp cinnamon -------------------- 2 cups pecan halves 1 cup dried cranberries 2 tbsp maple syrup Toss brussel sprouts with oil and season lightly with salt. Spread on a baking sheet. Toss butternut squash cubes with oil, maple syrup and cinnamon. Spread on a 2nd baking sheet. Bake with vegetables at the time at 400F for 20-25 minutes. When done, in large bowl combine vegetables with pecan halves, dried cranberries and remaining maple syrup. Toss gently and serve hot. |
